These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the conditions for users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") to use the Focusy application (hereinafter referred to as the "App").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the App and use it only after agreeing to the contents.

Article 1 (Account and Data Management)

• The App does not provide personally identifiable information of Users to third parties.
• The App also does not sell or transfer usage data to third parties.
• Usage data may be used in anonymized form for the purpose of improving the quality of the App or preventing unauthorized use.

Article 2 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in any of the following acts in connection with the use of the App:

1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
2. Criminal acts or acts that promote or assist criminal activity
3. Acts that disrupt or damage the operation or functions of the App
4. Infringement of rights (such as intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, honor, etc.) of other Users, third parties, or the developer
5. Posting or sharing inappropriate content, including:
   • Violent or grotesque expressions
   • Explicit sexual content
   • Discriminatory or defamatory expressions
   • Expressions that encourage suicide, self-harm, or substance abuse
   • Other content that causes significant discomfort to others
6. Commercial use of the App (except with the developer’s explicit permission)
7. Acts with sexual or obscene intent
8. Use for the purpose of dating or solicitation
9. Harassment or nuisance acts toward other Users (e.g., spam, threats, defamation)
